This active stretch is like a mini class where we’ll be moving our bodies to keep warm. It can be done as a stand alone or at the beginning or end of a workout.
*This class is pregnancy friendly as we won’t be resting on our backs long enough to remain still. Mama’s to be, please enjoy! Depending on how far along or comfortable you are, you may wish to take your legs a little wider in our ‘rolling back’ exercise. Xx
