This is a 20 minute, full body Pilates flow! This class is great if you’re pressed for time and want to get in a great workout that packs a punch!

*If you’re over 20 weeks pregnant, but would love to give this class a go, grab yourself a firm cushion or a yoga bolster and have it within reach to prop yourself up under your upper back. You’ll only need this around the 13:53 min mark when we come to lay down for our abs. Xx
