If you want to feel your butt big time, then this is the class for you! In this class we’re using a theraband to recreate some classic reformer moves where we would have our feet and hands in straps. If you don’t have a band don’t worry! You can do this class prop free (just grab your mat).. or you could grab an old pair of stockings and repurpose them for this class :) Xx
