Had a bit too much fun last night? Know you want to move your body but don’t want to feel worse? This hangover cure is an easy paced, kind way to wake up your body without hanging your head or crunching through the tummy which could make you feel like absolute s#*t.
You’ll work a little harder than in a regular stretch class, but I promise you’ll feel better for it. How do I know? Because I created this class the morning after I’d had a little “too much fun” the night before too, and so the moves included here are only ones that I could do myself. Take it easy, grab your water and your ibuprofen and let’s move.. just a little ;) Xx
