Taking a class with The Core Effect means you are free to decide when, where and how you choose to move your body each day. The benefit of being able to have classes fit in with your schedule is that you are more likely to find a routine that works for you.
Choose from classes ranging from 5-60 minutes in length. Mix and match a 15 and 30 minute class to personalise your own practice, or roll out your mat for just 10 minutes and discover what you can achieve in a short amount of time. And best of all.. you can do it all in your pyjamas. You will never regret taking care of yourself.
Pilates is a practice which improves your overall posture, fitness and core strength, but also allows you time to close off whatever is happening in the outside world, and give yourself a moment in time that is meant just for you.
