Equipped with beautiful state of the art equipment to enhance your practice (and let's face it.. your day), The Core Effect was created as your place of wellness and acceptance.

Gone are the days where going to pilates is just to exercise. Oh no no, it's time to flip the switch and think of pilates as time you're investing into yourself and to discover just how strong you are both inside and out. Leave it at the door and come inside for some you time, because you damn well deserve it.

Core Foundations

The class that nurtures our first timers! If you're a beginner, returning to exercise after injury or pregnancy, or even a seasoned pro looking to tone it down a little, this is the class for you. If you've never taken a reformer class before, please join at least two to three Core Foundations classes before moving on to Core Flow.

Core Flow

Core Flow is our dynamic reformer class open to all levels and for those of you who are ready to progress from Core Foundations. By layering each exercise you'll find your very own sweet spot where you'll both enjoy your class and challenge yourself. This class is not suitable if you have never taken a reformer class before. Please join Core Foundations as your first class.
